Our client are looking for an experienced site manager to run a newly opened solar farm project in Co.
Limerick.
As the Site Manager, you will have full responsibility for managing and overseeing the subcontractors on site to ensure they are completing the works in accordance with the contract agreements.
Role & Responsibilities: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.
Experience in supervision of piling/ ground mount systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Report to project managers and subcontractors.
Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
Maintain detailed records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly.
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Train and mentor site personnel on safety practices and procedures.
Skills And Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in Construction Management, with a proven tracker record of managing complex EPC projects.
Fluency in English for all written and verbal communications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, being able to convey technical information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
Clear understanding and knowledge of HSE.
Proficiency in control and compliance.
Effective progress tracking and reporting abilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
