Our client, a leading hospitality group, seeks a skilled Senior IT Support Technician for its three luxury properties. This full-time role requires strong technical skills and a collaborative approach.
Responsibilities:
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and applications (including MICROS POS & Oracle Opera).
* Server administration (WS2016+), network management, and security.
* AV system maintenance.
* SOP development and maintenance.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years’ experience in IT support (hospitality preferred).
* Third-level IT qualification.
* Expertise in Windows 11 Pro, Active Directory, firewalls, and virtualization.
* Experience with Veeam Backup.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
