In this role you will:
Actively participate in the tender/bid process—from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reportingOversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your teamSupport the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparencySupport nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communicationWe would love to hear from you if you:
Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projectsHave a degree or comparable experience in a related construction disciplineAre an excellent communicator verbally and in writingAre happy to travel for short periods to meet with your clients, partners, and teamLove a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlinesThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and funThe salary range for this role is between $126,000 and $168,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on skill set, education, and experience.
