About the Role:
PFH Technology Group is seeking BIS/IT graduates to join their Helpdesk Team, based in Little Island, Co. Cork.
This is an initially 12-month contract position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing premium quality phone, email, and remote support for customer servers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Logging calls (tickets) and keeping records of customer queries
* Analysing call logs to identify common trends and underlying problems
* Updating helpdesk documentation to ensure support information is current and available for each customer
* Testing and fixing faulty equipment
* Executing any activities assigned
* Communicating activity updates to the Service Delivery Manager and fellow Managed Services team members
Required Skills:
* Able to communicate verbally and via email with all customers in a simple and understanding manner
* Understanding of the business impact of ICT systems and devices
* Able to follow through and close out all issues to customer satisfaction
* Able to assess each user's IT knowledge levels
* Ability to work under pressure
* Logical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills
* Good interpersonal and customer care skills
* Accurate record-keeping
* Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
* Professional and flexible attitude
