Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new residential project in Monaghan Town.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and workmanship.
* Manage the site's short-term construction schedule to optimise efficiency and adherence to timelines.
* Enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures on-site.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, team members, and resolve on-site issues as they arise.
* Ensure project completion to a high specification, maintaining clear communication with relevant departments.
* Handle all project documentation and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction.
* Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
* Full driving license and relevant site certifications required.
