3. Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring that all records are up-to-date and comprehensive.
4. Feedback Collection: Actively gather customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in our service offerings, and relay this information to the management team.
5. Knowledge Utilization: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value and solutions to customers.
6. Commitment to Improvement: Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Share best practices with team members to promote a culture of excellence.

Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center role. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
2. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Further education or certifications in customer service or communication fields are advantageous.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using standard office software and CRM systems. Comfortable navigating various digital communication platforms (e.g., video conferencing, messaging systems).
