PropServe seeks an Assistant Shopping Centre Manager to work alongside the existing Centre Manager Role, reporting to a Director of PropServe.
The Assistant Shopping Centre Manager is a multi-faceted role that merges operations, creativity, and people management.

Job Type: 2 year contract - Probationary period 6 months.
Times: 40 Hours per week on a 9 am 5 pm basis.
The Centres work rota requires every second Saturday attendance on site from 10 am to 4 pm.
Such weeks shall result in attendance being Tuesday to Saturday.
Salary & Benefits: €40,000 - €45,000 pa dependent on experience.
Full Time additional work-related mileage expenses provided.

What You'll Do Play a pivotal role in providing a Managerial solution to the Centre that endeavours to improve Tenant and Customer Experiences.
Drive promotion on Social Media channels and development of the Centres website.
Work as part of a management team in oversight of service providers eg security, cleaning, maintenance staff, requiring excellent communication and management skills.
Report to The Centre Manager on all operational aspects.
Assist in the financial administration of service providers invoicing, insurance reviews, contract and safety statement reviews.
Under the direction of the Centre Manager, to provide supervision to Centre activities to ensure that they adequately identify, refer, and respond, as appropriate, to the needs of the Centre.
To provide information to and work with the Centre Manager in support of all Facilities Management services.
With the support of the Centre Manager to maintain and review preventive maintenance plans and procedures for client sites.
With the support of the Centre Manager to assist in financial administration of service delivery.
Retail Unit inspection visits Credit Control to Service Charge Payments With the support of the Centre Manager the Health and Safety management of activities in remit of service provision Accounting System updates and support to main Accounts Team Assistance to Main Accounts Team in preparing Accounts for Audits Liaising with the owners Asset Management team, tenants and service providers daily.
What It Takes The role requires an experienced, friendly, detail-oriented individual Property Management/Facilities Management experience with at least one year of supervisory experience in a tenant-facing role Strong problem-solving skills Strong knowledge of building management and building insurance principles.
Strong Understanding of Health and Safety Management and ability to act as a trained Fire Warden and responder to Life Safety Systems.
Training provided as required.
IT literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Training on company packages is provided.
Web Design and Social Media Management a distinct advantage Reliable and pro-active team player with a service-oriented attitude.
