Responsibilities
* Lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives in EMEA to achieve monthly goals in activity, metrics, forecasted opportunities, and revenue targets.
* Hire, train, and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives to excel in their roles.
* Develop strong relationships with direct reports, peers, and senior leadership to drive business success.
* Train Inside Sales Representatives on sales skills, product knowledge, time management, and customer relations.
* Design and implement performance management tools to monitor and improve team performance.
* Monitor outbound calls, provide guidance, and conduct regular one-on-ones to enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a sales management capacity.
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a consultative sales process.
* Strong coaching skills, with ability to observe, evaluate, and maximize rep productivity.
* Experience managing high-velocity transactional businesses and Enterprise transactions.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
