Abtran is currently hiring Customer Service Advisors. Reporting to the Team Leader, this role provides a fantastic opportunity to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
How you will spend your day:
1. Provide relevant advice to customers primarily by phone but also through other communication channels as required, including email, post, webchat, and social media platforms.
2. Use your product knowledge to solve problems for customers.
3. Keep yourself up to date with business and product information.
4. Effectively manage a database through accurate and efficient data entry.
5. Adhere strictly to data protection and confidentiality laws.
6. Perform ad hoc duties as required.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous Customer Service experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Strong computer skills are essential.
5. Proven ability to deal with problems and solve them effectively.
6. Ability to work well either individually or as part of a team.
Remote Working Requirements:
1. While this role may be a remote position during COVID-19, you must be resident in the Republic of Ireland.
2. Have an appropriate remote work set-up - a quiet space with no distractions. Access to stable/secure mobile phone coverage and high-speed internet connection is essential.
