Front Office Manager
We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Front Office Manager to join our Management Team.
The Role
* Management of team
* Overall Management of the Front Desk and Back Office Administration
* Staff Training & Development
* Rostering Staff
* Appraisals Management of Group Reservations
* Working in conjunction with Hotel Sales Team and Group Financial Controller
Requirements
* 2 years experience in a similar role within a 3* hotel is essential
* A good knowledge of OTA Extranets would be an advantage
* Working knowledge of the Hotsoft System would be desirable
* Excellent customer care is essential
* Strong communications skills
* Excellent people management skills
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
