Job Responsibilities
* Manage the ordering of replacement vehicles for existing employees.
* Order new vehicles for new employees.
* Maintain a cost and renewal schedule for all employees across various countries.
* Evaluate and ensure the successful rollout of our EV fleet strategy across the region.
* Verify compliance with our fleet policy and insurance requirements across the region.
* Provide solutions to employees and their queries.
* Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Fleet Management Overview
We manage a fleet of approximately 470 company cars across North and East regions. Our responsibilities include:
* Lease contract management in collaboration with leasing companies and outsource partners in each country.
* Ensuring compliance with local car policies and regulations.
* Providing reliable guidance and support to employees.
* Supplying timely and accurate data to Accounting teams.
* Improving process efficiency while delivering excellent service.
Cost Control Strategy
We are responsible for controlling costs associated with fleet management, including:
* Sourcing credits from key car manufacturers.
* Negotiating competitive insurance renewals and volume discounts across Europe North and East.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proven experience in fleet administration and task management.
* Strong MS Excel skills.
* Able to manage multiple tasks and requests efficiently.
* Excellent people and problem-solving skills.
* A hands-on approach to work.
* Proactive and open communication skills.
* Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
