This role requires a Project Manager who can work closely with stakeholders and put multiple components together into one Business Case.
Responsibilities
Plan
1. Maintaining a close focus on scope, schedule, risks, quality, and cost of each project, ensuring early identification and communication of needed changes.
2. Maintaining clear documentation for each project, that can be understood at all levels.
3. Collaborate with a vendor for the upgrade and code refactoring efforts.
Execute
1. Working with Cyber Security and IT/business teams to agree on scope statements that can be measured against.
2. Taking ownership for the delivery of projects from inception to transition to operations, ensuring a fast delivery timeline.
3. Conduct regression testing with the assistance of a testing team.
Deliver
1. Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
2. Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-control measures.
3. Provide accurate and comprehensive financial reports to leadership.
Qualifications
1. 10+ years of technology experience in a project environment, with a minimum of 5 years working in a project leadership and management role.
2. Experience of Oracle HR Cloud solutions would be a distinct advantage.
3. Proven experience of managing integrated teams of internal and supplier resources.
4. Change Management – Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition and high level of adoption of new technology within the business.
5. Solid understanding of the software deployment process including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies, and deployment management.
6. Significant experience of similar global programmes.
7. HRIS and related business process and best practice business analysis.
8. Ability to build case studies.
9. Bachelor's degree in IT or a technical-based qualification would be advantageous.
10. Experience working with outsourced resources across different time zones.
11. Very good organisational skills, logical and efficient thinking, and strong attention to detail.
12. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
13. Adept at using negotiation, facilitation, and presentation techniques to build consensus, and skilled at communicating difficult and sensitive information tactfully.
14. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio.
15. Expert knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and tools, including Lean, Agile, and Waterfall.
