Role Overview:As a Junior Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and order processing. You will assist in maintaining accurate records, liaising with clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with processing sales orders, invoices, and customer inquiries.Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer details.Provide administrative support to the sales and customer service teams.Liaise with clients regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.Help manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers when necessary.Support the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and promotional materials.Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.Assist with general office duties, including data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.Contribute to improving sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience working in a garden centre, nursery, or similar environment.Strong administrative and organisational skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A keen interest in horticulture, gardening, or landscape design is desirable.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
