Commercial/Industrial Manager
The role is to manage Industrial/commercial heating systems solutions division. The ability to be able to liaise with Consultants, Specifiers, Mechanical Contractors and installers would be beneficial. Knowledge and understanding of commercial heating systems is important. Specific product and system solutions training will be provided.
Tasks would include:
1. Team Leadership: Leading and managing the commercial team of engineers and sales personnel, including hiring, training, and motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
2. Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Market Analysis: Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
4. Performance Monitoring: Monitoring sales performance, analysing data, and providing regular reports to senior management.
5. Order Processing: Overseeing the entire order processing cycle, from order entry to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. System Procurement Management: Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure product availability and manage stock levels.
7. Process Improvement: Continuously reviewing and improving order processing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
8. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and technical, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
9. Problem Solving: Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the estimating, engineering and sales process.
