Due to growth and the opening of our new dealership in Enniscorthy, we are seeking a talented Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
Doyle’s Garage is a main dealer for MG Motors, GWM Ora, and Subaru while also stocking a stunning lineup of quality used vehicles. Established in 1950, Doyle's Garage is well established in the motor industry and is proud of our commitment to excellent customer service.
As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by achieving and exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles. This role will be based in our new dealership for MG Motors Franchise.
2. Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the most suitable vehicles.
3. Conducting effective sales presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
4. Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
5. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options.
7. Proactively following up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
8. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve shared goals and foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Proven sales experience - prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
2. Strong negotiation and closing skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
4. A passion to learn and a comprehensive understanding of the automotive market.
5. A full valid driver's license.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
