Position: Medical Device Process Technician
Location: North Dublin
Cpl have been asked to support our client, a global leader and heritage brand in the manufacture of medical device products and technologies for over 125 years. The company specializes in healthcare industry from vitro and vivo diagnostics, producing unique and market-leading image-guided therapy equipment and cancer care products.
As their plant in Dublin continues to expand in 2025, they are looking to recruit several Manufacturing Process Technicians for their 2-cycle shift operation in Swords.
Shift Patterns:
1. Days: 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday
2. Evenings: 3pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday
They offer an industry-leading salary, bonus, pension, healthcare, and overtime. These job opportunities are for an initial 23-month fixed-term contract directly with the company, with a planned start date of early to mid-January/February 2025.
The role provides a market-leading salary, shift premium, overtime, healthcare, and bonuses after completing probation, with potential for full-time employment upon contract completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain focus and flexibility under pressure.
2. Work in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
3. Multitask and solve problems efficiently.
4. Work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 2 years of high-volume manufacturing experience.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Proven multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
4. Experience in FMCG, Drinks, Food, Chemical, Pharma, or Semi-Conductor industries is an advantage.
5. Team player attitude is essential.
