We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Center Administrator for our Waterford location.
This full-time role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supporting European sales for mini-stays and short-term English courses, coordinating social activities and bookings related to mini-stays, and providing excellent day-to-day administrative support to the ISE (International School of English) team.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Course Coordination:Manage European sales efforts related to mini-stay programs and short-term English courses.Coordinate the booking process for mini-stay participants and short-term courses, ensuring all details are handled smoothly and professionally.Work closely with international partners and agents to promote and manage the mini-stay and short-term course offerings.Social Activities & Student Engagement:Organize and coordinate social activities for students, ensuring that students have a positive and engaging experience during their stay.Work with the ISE team to plan and execute events, excursions, and cultural activities that enhance the student experience.Student and Partner Support:Serve as the main point of contact for visiting partners, agents, and stakeholders, offering a warm, helpful, and professional presence.Provide day-to-day administrative support and assist existing ISE admin staff with handling student queries and requests.Offer guidance and assistance to students, addressing inquiries about courses, accommodation, activities, and more.Administrative & Clerical Support:Provide general clerical and administrative support to management and ISE staff, including but not limited to filing, reporting, and record-keeping.Ensure that all documentation is accurately maintained and that correspondence is timely and professional.Take a leading role in management of school facilities including liaising with tradespeople, managing supplies and supervising cleaning staff.
GDPR Compliance:Ensure that any handling, processing, or collection of data within ISE complies with GDPR EU policies and regulations.Maintain confidentiality and ensure that all student and partner data is securely managed and stored.Emergency Support:Serve as the main holder of the emergency telephone for students, offering support and assistance during out-of-office hours when required.Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.A warm, welcoming, and professional when interacting with students, partners, and staff.Knowledge of GDPR regulations and data handling best practices.Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or similar administrative software.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment.Engage with international students and professionals.
