As an IT Application Manager/IT Systems Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic and flexible environment where you can grow professionally and personally.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for applications under your responsibility, managing resolution and feedback during priority incidents.
* Offer full implementation support across complex projects and issues through requirement engineering, documentation, testing, training, go-live planning, ongoing support & issue resolution.
* Identify, source, and implement required applications by aligning with global application or developing an application yourself or using an external IT partner to meet business needs.
* Manage operative demands and service requests according to IT Governance strategy and regulations while aligning with Lean, 6 Sigma, and A3 Problem Solving Principles.
* E nsure all IT systems within your responsibility are compliant with internal and external policies, including IT, quality, information security, legal, and data privacy regulations.
* Be a key part of the IT team in supporting and managing IT projects and key IT suppliers.
* You will provide technical consulting and project management for IT applications, translating business requirements into technical specifications, overseeing rollout and change processes while being a member of several project teams working with Engineering, Finance, Q.A., Production, and Continuous Improvement departments.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum 3rd level degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform & SharePoint solutions (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Nintex, InfoPath) is a requirement.
* Knowledge of IT Applications, databases, Windows OS (servers and client), and hands-on programming/coding experience.
* Excellent communications skills – written and verbal skills are required.
Your Attributes and Skills:
* A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to follow assignment through to completion with minimal guidance.
* Aptitude for systems-level thinking, including development of standard operating procedures.
* Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment with a core appreciation of FDA regulations is a distinct advantage.
* Experience of working in a multi-national cross-site environment is a distinct advantage.
* Experience in working and managing suppliers is a distinct advantage.
* Experience in Project Management is a distinct advantage.
