Red Chair is seeking two experienced Tier 2 Technical Support Technicians to provide technical assistance for global Health and safety software clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand relational database concepts (foreign keys, join types) and SQL syntax (preferably MySQL).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Organize tasks efficiently, prioritizing issues and categorizing helpdesk tickets accurately.
* Analyze reported concerns, identifying consequential effects of changes.
* Read, parse, and interpret Linux system logs and application logs to diagnose errors.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience providing troubleshooting assistance to business users.
* Prior experience with escalated technical support in a SaaS environment.
* Familiarity with ZenDesk and/or Jira.
* Experience working with Linux (Ubuntu).
* Proficiency in debugging UI and API issues.
About the Role:
This position offers a competitive salary range of €28,000 – €32,000, along with additional benefits that will be discussed during the interview process.
