Position Summary:
The Technical Partner Success works closely with the Bentley 3rd party developers to solve technical issues primarily but not limited to programming-related issues and queries. They will be responsible for resolving SDK/API-related Service cases with consultation with respective product teams, participating in communities or other tech forums to address programmer queries, provide advisory on programming-related requirements from new or existing partners and users. The Technical Partner Success works across a range of Product SDKs and will collaborate with multiple product teams.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Manage the discovery, capture, and documentation of Partner programming needs.
* Take ownership of resolving Service cases and queries to help support Partner ecosystem.
* Solid debugging skills to understand technical issues by analyzing code snippets.
* Work with other technical teams to consult on the issues or enhancements.
* Provide recommendations and be a sounding board for architecture ideas and problems and define and enforce best practices for the development and/or configuration of solutions by the Partner.
* Communicate efficiently around solution architecture decisions and recommendations.
* Create solution architecture concept documents, process and workflow documents, and system documentation for the developed solution architecture.
* Actively expand skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with Partners.
* Act as a liaison between internal technical teams and Partners, addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Analyzing and translating business requirements into comprehensive technical solutions.
* Designing solution architectures and documenting the structure of the proposed solution.
What You Bring to The Team:
* At least 10 years of direct experience using or implementing Bentley Cad/BIM software and Cloud Solutions is preferable.
* Expertise on desktop SDKs with programming languages like C, C++, C#, VBA, Python, etc.
* Solid understanding of Bentley or other relevant industry software to seamlessly integrate with existing systems and workflows.
* Proven mastery of industry-standard design and architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, MVC, event-driven) to build robust and maintainable systems.
* Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience leveraging cloud services (e.g., containers, serverless functions) is a plus.
* Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
* Adept at influencing and collaborating with partners and clients to build strong relationships and achieve shared goals.
* Creative problem-solver with a passion for finding innovative solutions that deliver optimal results.
* Fast learner with the ability to research new technologies and quickly adapt to changing requirements.
* Professional proficiency in any other European language will be a plus.
