We're looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in the kitchen. As a seasonal worker, you'll have the chance to develop your culinary skills while working with the finest ingredients from our own organic farm in Drumanilra.

The Honestly Farm Kitchen is a popular destination, attracting visitors and locals alike. Reporting to Head Chef Shaun, you'll work alongside a team of 5 in the kitchen and an experienced Front of House team to deliver our seasonal menu throughout the busy summer months.
The Role:
Chef de Partie
This is a 30-40 hour per week position, running from 8th April to 28th September 2025 over a 4-5 day week. The salary is €16-17 / hr. Free meals on shift are included, as well as relocation assistance.
Duties include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to our SOPs and highest standards. You'll also assist with stock management, follow health and safety procedures, and help develop new dishes and specials.
Requirements include at least 3 years of experience in a busy kitchen, a food-related qualification, and excellent communication and multitasking skills.
