Job Title

An Exciting Opportunity to Drive Change in the Analytics Hub of a Leading Insurance Company.


Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with actuaries, data scientists, and engineers on key data and tech projects to drive innovation.
* Review business processes and work with stakeholders to identify improvements that result in cost savings, higher quality, increased efficiencies, lower risk, and shorter cycle times.
* Transition projects to everyday processes.


Requirements:

* 7 years of relevant business data experience.
* University education (completed Bachelor's or Master's degree).
* Proficient in Excel and Jira (user stories, acceptance criteria).
* Good understanding of SQL.
* Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
* B2+ English proficiency (speaking & writing).
* Previous experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is strongly preferred.
* Understanding of software development, testing, and product design concepts.
