Job Title: Digital Marketing and Data Analysis Coordinator
Contract Type: Permanent Position
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Data Analyst Coordinator.
1. Develop and manage the email marketing calendar.
2. Collect, analyse, and interpret data from various sources to generate insights and identify trends that can enhance inter-departmental and company performance.
3. Support the sales team with lead generation, client relationship management, record maintenance, contract preparation, quotation and pricing management, digital marketing coordination, event organization, and website updates.
4. Analyse customer data and campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve marketing and drive forward CRM campaigns for sales and promoting other services.
5. Analyse market trends and deliver monthly reports that track key performance indicators and metrics on website visitors, email click-through rates, downloads, form submissions, keyword rankings, marketing leads, sales qualified leads, and conversion rates.
6. Co-ordinate and assist in organising trade shows and events.
7. Manage the company website content and queries.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in a related field (MBA would be preferable) and have strong analytical and digital marketing skills. A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, be data-driven, and comfortable using numerical data. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary, along with experience with CRM tools, ZOHO, Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and emerging technologies. A multitasker with a can-do attitude is essential.
