As a proud member of Ireland's Blue Book and Relais & Chateaux, we are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our culinary team under the guidance of Director of Culinary, Stephen Hayes.

Role Requirements
* To have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or be prepared to take on more senior responsibilities.
* To motivate, train, encourage, and develop junior members of the culinary team.
* To lead and manage the kitchen in the absence of the head chef, maintaining the highest standards.
* To oversee ordering and inventory management, utilising current systems to minimise waste and improve Gross Profit (GP).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in 5-star hotels or Michelin-recommended restaurants is highly desirable.
