Job Title: eProcurement Manager
Location: Shannon, County Clare
We are seeking a highly skilled eProcurement Manager to join our team in Shannon, County Clare. As a key member of the Purchasing Department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes using Procure Wizard software and acting as a focal point for other staff members in the group's hotels.
Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end procurement software, ensuring seamless operations and optimal results.
* Serve as the super-user for the procurement system, providing technical expertise and support.
* Administer all configurations and troubleshoot issues, maintaining system integrity.
* Prepare and present comprehensive purchasing documents, clearly outlining requirements and terms.
* Project manage the procurement process, coordinating with stakeholders and suppliers.
* Assist with tendering processes, evaluating options and making recommendations.
* Develop and manage supplier management arrangements with external partners, fostering strong relationships and negotiating favorable terms.
* Compile and present regular reports, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position, with a proven track record of success.
* Extensive experience using e-procurement software, such as Procure Wizard, with a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
Compensation:
The salary for this role is based on experience and ranges from €45,000 to €50,000 per annum.
