ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Legal Affairs and Governance, you will assist with corporate secretarial tasks for the funds within the Innocap group. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Support the business objectives by assisting with the coordination of board meetings and related activities for the funds managed by Innocap in various jurisdictions.
2. Help with corporate secretarial tasks, such as preparing draft agendas for board meetings, gathering documents, reports, and presentations from internal teams and external providers.
3. Occasionally participate in discussions and exchanges with directors, shareholders, and service providers regarding the activities of the funds' boards of directors.
4. Provide assistance with KYC requirements related to board information and documentation.
PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1. At least 1 year of experience, preferably in a role supporting board or corporate governance activities for investment funds.
2. Basic understanding of corporate secretarial and governance practices, with a willingness to learn about main fund jurisdictions (Ireland, Cayman Islands, United States).
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and develop skills to work independently over time.
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (such as Word, Teams, and SharePoint) and an interest in learning to use board portals.
5. Detail-oriented, thorough, resourceful with a proven ability to stay organized and manage work in a timely manner.
6. Proficiency in written and spoken English, essential for engaging in an international work environment.
