Now inviting applications for the role of a Part-Time Receptionist/Showroom Host at Frank Keane BMW Naas Road (6 month Fixed Term Contract).
Working hours: 14hrs per week between Fri 8.30am - 6pm & Saturday 10am - 4pm. Flexibility to provide occasional cover on other days during the week is also required for this role.
Your Responsibilities:
* Welcoming customers and visitors to the showroom with warmth, in a prompt, efficient and professional manner, providing hospitality as and when required.
* Retaining ownership of each customer until the Sales, Service, Parts or other departments have dealt with the customer.
* Answering the main switchboard, routing calls, promptly relaying messages, and ensuring that call answering is covered at all times.
* Covering hours for the full-time Showroom Host/Receptionist between Monday and Friday when required.
* Encouraging rapport building with customers who are waiting and ensuring they are not left unattended for long periods of time. (Becoming familiar with our product will help.)
* Accurately maintaining a daily enquiry log, confirming any/all calls, emails, and customer visits to the showroom, and finalising the report at the end of each day to be handed to the Sales Manager.
* Ensuring the cafe area is clean and stocked at all times, as outlined by Company standards.
* Reporting issues which affect the smooth running of the Department to the attention of the Supervisor, Sales or Aftersales Manager.
* Providing administrative support including data entry, photocopying, compiling reports or information packages, and booking couriers.
Requirements:
* Premium retail customer service experience essential.
* Flexible with working hours.
* Professional telephone manner and a passion for service excellence.
* Confident, cheerful, and well presented.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritise and work in a structured and ordered manner.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work under pressure with an enthusiastic approach.
