Verify customer information, ensuring accuracy in policy setup and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, recording key interactions and sales outcomes.
Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to quality guidelines.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions daily.
Energetic and outgoing personality, comfortable working to targets in a team environment.
