Sales Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Sales Administrator to support our Sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to work in a tight-knit, supportive team.
Based in Dublin 12, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team, ensuring operational and administrative processes run smoothly and effectively maintaining our good reputation in the market.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing and processing responses to queries and enquiries from customers in the Dealer Network throughout Ireland.
* Reviewing and verifying all Sales Orders and deals coming through the system.
* Managing and processing responses to queries on stock and incoming vehicles to be distributed to dealers directly or to the Sales team.
* Monthly Invoicing and Sales Analysis.
* Working with the Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS).
* Processing registrations with Revenue.
Requirements:
* Proven success working in a customer service/sales administration role for at least 2 years.
* Proficiency with office applications and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
* Knowledge of DMS - Kerridge/Keyloop would be an advantage.
* Highly organized, with ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
* Enjoys a fast-paced, high-energy environment, and can work to deadlines.
* Knowledge and experience of working in the motor trade would be beneficial.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Adaptable and flexible to work in an ever-changing market.
