And you’ll do it as part of a people-first culture that’s supportive, collaborative and, above all, welcoming..About the role:Providing efficient administrative support service to Partners and senior members of staff, including diary management and travel arrangements (both domestic and international).Co-ordinating cross-border meetings and logistics with both clients and internal departments.Assisting with client presentations, correspondences, and administration.Processing Partners’ expense claims and timesheets.Supporting the Partners and senior members of staff with the preparation of materials for key meetings, workshops, events, and other ad hoc projects.Liaising and building relationships with clients and internal departments.Maintaining CRM system for Partners and senior team members.Co-ordinating and supporting on events both internal and external as required.Various ad-hoc administration duties.This role is a 12-Month fixed term contract (maternity cover) About you:A proven record of commitment to professional and client service excellenceExtensive experience as a PA supporting Senior Management, preferably within a professional services environmentAdvanced knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.Strong report and presentation formatting skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver quality work in a timely mannerA high level of integrity and trust with confidential informationAdaptable approach to work, and proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a teamApproachable and highly professional in manner, with all levels of staff within the organisationIf you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
