Our client:
Is a multi-award-winning establishment that offers first class food, accommodations, beverages and of course Irish hospitality. They now wish to grow their team even further and appoint an experienced Second Chef and an experienced Cook on a permanent basis.
Overview:
Second Chef, Reports to the Executive Head Chef
As Sous Chef, you will be required to perform duties requested by the Head Chef. You will be part of a diverse team operating at a fast-paced centre of excellence. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Head Chef. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills.
Duties include:
1. Assist the Head Chef in the running of a busy kitchen
2. Managing food purchasing, storage, pricing and budgeting
3. Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
4. Ability to work under pressure and take on extra responsibility
