Job Description:
Our client, a leading company in the property and real estate sector, is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a part-time basis to join their finance team based in their Limerick city HQ office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable: Coding and posting purchase invoices, recording supplier payments, and reconciling supplier accounts.
* Accounts Receivable: Preparing sales invoices, managing electronic receipts, and following up on outstanding balances.
* Bank Reconciliation of bank accounts.
* Monitoring daily communication and answering queries.
* Performing ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an Accounts or Bookkeeper role.
* ATI Diploma or equivalent (desirable).
* Familiarity with Sage IT system (desirable).
* Strong IT skills and proficiency across the MS Office suite, including Excel.
* Organized and diligent individual.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
