Brooks Hotel, a newly renovated Four Star Boutique Hotel located on Drury Street just a few minutes from Grafton Street, seeks a full-time Receptionist. The hotel operates at the higher end of the four-star market enjoying a great location in the city centre.
What the role involves:
This important position involves:
* Welcoming guests to the hotel
* Check in / check out
* Cash handling
* Answering phones
* Dealing with guest queries
* Offering assistance to guests to ensure they receive excellent service
Personal Qualities Required:
* Excellent Customer Care Skills
* Warm friendly personality
* Fluent use of English Language both written and oral is essential
* Work on your own initiative and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to cope well under pressure
* Highly motivated
* Team player
* Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist required
* Knowledge of Opera PMS system is an advantage
* Good computer skills
It is a busy but very enjoyable and rewarding role, and there is a great team to work with who will guide new recruits to ensure they are comfortable in their new role. Experience in a similar role is preferred, but once you are available to work 40 hours a week and have experience in customer service, your application will be considered.
