Role Description
We are looking for a very strong, experienced chef de partie to work on pastry and cold section. Previous experience in fine dining and Michelin restaurants is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided by our team. The ideal candidate should have good English, preferably a driving licence, and be eligible to work in Ireland. You must be a self-starter with an appreciation for the outdoors and enjoy nature. Your time off will be spent in the beautiful wilderness of West Cork, so this location won’t suit everyone but it will appeal to the right person searching for a positive, creative, and challenging work environment paired with the joy of a slower-paced lifestyle.

* Culinary Arts, Food Preparation, and Cooking skills
* Menu Planning and Food Presentation skills
* Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety guidelines
* Time Management and Organizational skills
* Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
* Excellent communication skills
* Prior experience in a similar role
* Culinary degree or certification is a plus
