About the Role
The O'Hare Group is currently recruiting for an experienced Deli Supervisor to lead the Maxol Service Station's Deli Department in Tivoli, Co. Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all customers receive a high-quality range of Deli Products, with excellent hygiene, value, and quality.
* Lead the team on a journey of excellence in customer service and employee development.
* Manage stock, waste control, and documentation for Deli products.
* Develop new ideas to increase sales and standards within the department.
* Supervise employees in various duties, including cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters.
* Deal with customer queries to the highest possible standards.
* Foster an atmosphere of good Customer Service and teamwork within the Deli area.
* Complete administrative tasks as required.
* Assist in preparing inventory and sales budgets.
* Provide training to staff on company policies and sales guidelines.
Requirements
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Previous experience in fresh food or Deli management.
* Food Safety and Hygiene HACCP course completion.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and confidence.
* Strong work ethic and professionalism.
* Flexibility in working hours.
* Positive, friendly, and confident personality.
