The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Strategist to drive a combined demand generation and Account Based Marketing strategy that generates demand at scale while targeting high-value accounts with personalised campaigns. This role requires expertise in both demand generation and ABM to attract, engage, and convert prospects through multi-channel marketing initiatives. If you have experience in B2B marketing, lead nurturing, and working closely with sales teams to accelerate revenue growth, we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
* Advise and develop multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including content marketing, paid media, email marketing, webinars, and social media.
* Design lead nurturing workflows and automation strategies to engage prospects throughout the buyer’s journey.
* Devise optimisation strategies for website performance, landing pages, and calls-to-action to drive inbound lead conversion.
* Measure campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
* Develop and execute 1 to 1, 1 to few, and 1 to many ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
* Work closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, personalize messaging, and create tailored outreach strategies.
* Leverage intent data, firmographics, and behavioural insights to refine account targeting and engagement tactics.
* Advise on personalised content, landing pages, and email sequences for specific accounts and industry segments.
* Track and report on ABM campaign performance, including account engagement, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
* Strong experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
* Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through demand generation and ABM programs.
* Experience advising on marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
* Excellent project management skills with the ability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales teams.
* Exceptional communication skills.
