Job Summary
We seek an Electrical/Mechanical Site Lead to perform troubleshooting, inspection, installation and repair of various HVAC, extraction and motors across the site.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as inspecting, replacing components on schedule.
* Test and adjust various electrical equipment and systems.
* Respond to breakdowns, diagnose and repair, adjust and calibrate various electrical systems.
* Overhaul, clean and/or replace defective parts.
* Provide engineering support to production.
* Operate, monitor and maintain various utility systems.
* As the Electrical site lead, various other ad hoc responsibilities may be assigned.
* All tasks require a work order; depending on complexity, a permit may also be required.
* Complete work under work order notifications with appropriate detail once complete.
* If during maintenance something outside of standard should be reported for further investigation.
* Manage site work orders on a CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management system).
* Manage and carry out on-site instrument calibrations.
* Work to achieve the site services required Key Performance Indicators.
* Maintain Site Documentation in Line with Client Requirements.
* Coordinate and plan Eirdata validation mobile engineers.

Education and Qualifications
* A relevant qualification in Electrical/Instrumentation craft.
* Experience working within a regulated environment.
* Experience in commissioning and validation is advantageous.
Quality and Environmental, Health and Safety Responsibilities
* Read and understand relevant Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Policies.
* Attend training, complete assessments as required and EHS meetings.
* Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with site SOP's, Quality Systems, EHS standards and guidelines, and relevant legal requirements.
* Report all accidents, incidents and any EHS issues using the appropriate process in a timely manner.
Required Skills
* Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
* Current working knowledge of site and industry standards regarding Good Engineering Practice.
* Familiarity with engineering operations policies, systems, and procedures.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Excellent communication skills, confident and effective decision maker, proven ability to influence others.
* Team player with flexible approach and able to work under own initiative.
* Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
* Competent level of technical writing and understanding of technical documentation.
* Eligibility to work in Ireland.
