Funds Solicitor

This role is for a Solicitor who has 3+ years' PQE in a large corporate firm and represents asset managers, drafting key fund documentation and negotiating material fund contracts.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England with 3+ Years' PQE
">
* A keen interest in working on small mandates that don't fit a traditional private funds role, including joint venture agreements and M&A transactions
">
* Strong technical skills
">
* Excellent relationship-building abilities
">
* Strong team-working skills
">

Responsibilities:
">
">
* Drafting key fund documentation such as prospectuses and supplements
">
* Negotiating and drafting material fund contracts, including administration and depositary agreements, investment management agreements, and management agreements
">
* Applying to the Central Bank for authorisation of asset managers to act as discretionary investment managers to UCITS and QIAIFs
">
* Discussing new funds with start-up and experienced managers
">
* Applying for registration of UCITS and QIAIFs with foreign regulatory authorities
">
* Advising clients on the application of fund regulations to their business
">
* Reviewing fund documentation
