The Role:
Our client, specializing in lifting equipment solutions, is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative to generate leads, manage inbound customer interactions, and drive sales growth. This role does not require lifting equipment expertise, but a strong customer focus and sales acumen are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with clients to gauge satisfaction and resolve concerns
* Generate and nurture sales leads
* Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information
* Process orders and provide accurate quotes, following up to close sales
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
* Collaborate with the workshop team for timely order fulfillment
* Maintain accurate client records using CRM software
Requirements:
* University degree in Engineering or Business
* 3+ years in inside sales or customer service (preferably in a related industry)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
