Job Title: Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our client's team in Dingle, Co. Kerry.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in organizing and running the service smoothly
* Manage the kitchen team and ensure high-quality food production
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain excellent customer service
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends
Package on Offer:
* Competitive Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
