Job Summary
This Technical Services Manager role involves overseeing technical services for a corporate client, including scheduled and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing budgets and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage technical services for a corporate client, ensuring seamless delivery of scheduled and reactive maintenance.
* Maintain strong understanding of maintenance management, safety protocols, and legal compliance to mitigate risks.
* Develop and implement effective organizational systems to manage multiple tasks and oversee teams.
* Liaise with contractors to ensure high standards of service delivery are met.
* Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of clients, providing clear and concise reports on schedules and progress.
* Offer value-added services to clients, presenting alternative solutions to problems and driving business growth.
* Foster a culture of energy, passion, and ambition within the team, promoting hard work and excellence in all aspects of the role.
What We Offer:
