Personal Assistant to Managing Director
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Personal Assistant to support our client's Managing Director in Dublin, Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
* Assist in managing and prioritizing the Managing Director's email and communication.
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
* Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
* High level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
* Previous experience supporting senior executives is a plus.
