Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer architect to contribute to designing and driving customer-centric solutions that align with the bank's strategic goals and enterprise architecture. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, collaborating across technology and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative customer banking solutions.
In this role, you will:
* Contribute to strategy definition and the development of roadmaps and reference architectures for customer capabilities, in support of business strategic priorities and challenges.
* Support project colleagues with enterprise technology landscape knowledge of customer capabilities, understanding of wider enterprise context, and communication.
* Direct and guide change programmes in their design of changes for customer solutions, maintain oversight, and play an architecture governance role throughout the lifecycle of a change project.
* Direct, guide, and support solution architects to design architectures that implement or influence the customer strategy and roadmaps in compliance with the guidance from principles, standards, policies, and guidelines.
What makes you stand out?
We are looking for a candidate with knowledge in developing enterprise architectures in support of customer capabilities and a proven understanding and practical experience in architecting for SVOC; customer identity and access management; digital customer experiences; customer acquisition & onboarding; customer relationship management, and customer offboarding.
You will have knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulatory requirements within Ireland, the UK, and EU (e.g., vulnerable customer) and a proven track record for designing enterprise-level solutions.
Able to work with deep-dive technical SMEs and decisive when presented with disparate technical solutions. Leadership and people management skills.
