About The Role
BrookLodge & Macreddin Village is expanding its Weddings & Events Team and is seeking an experienced professional in the events and hospitality industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused individual with a strong sales background to join our passionate team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the full sales and event process, from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
2. Work closely with wedding couples, event organisers, and internal operational managers to ensure seamless event execution.
3. Maintain high standards within the Sales & Events department, ensuring exceptional customer service at all stages.
4. Handle administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
5. Contribute to sales efforts by converting enquiries into bookings and maximising revenue opportunities.
6. Assist with on-the-day coordination of weddings and events as needed.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in events, hospitality, or a similar sales-driven role.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.
3. Excellent computer proficiency; knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage.
4. Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and midweek shifts.
6. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
