About the Role
The Property Management Administrator will manage the administrative day-to-day requirements of a residential property portfolio and provide comprehensive excel based monthly reporting on operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as key contact with tenants, clients, solicitors, contractors and other property service providers.
* Manage and update monthly excel based client reports on rent collection and management activities, ensuring data integrity at all times.
* Understand property management performance and operational issues, making recommendations to the management team.
* Complete administrative tasks and functions in respect of properties, including preparing tenant lease documentation, processing RTB registrations, setting up utility accounts, and preparing statutory notices.
* Perform other ad-hoc general administration responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in the property industry is advantageous.
* Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills are essential.
* Excellent numerical and organisational skills are required.
* A professional and approachable attitude is necessary.
This role requires attendance at our offices in Dublin 4, five days per week.
