Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire bid process, from document preparation to submission and post-bid activities, ensuring compliance with all deadlines and requirements.
* Work closely with the business development team, project managers, and key stakeholders to gather and organise bid-related information.
* Conduct in-depth research into project requirements, competitor analysis, and market trends to strengthen the competitiveness of bids.
* Promote effective communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality bids.
* Assist in the creation of compelling proposal content and presentations, highlighting the firm's unique capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bid management, ideally within a professional services environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in bid management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and levels.
