Job Description
As a Client Care Manager, you will play a key role in promoting a caring environment for our service users. This senior management position involves managing the day-to-day coordination of Contact Care service provision and overseeing clinical staff, social care staff, and rostering.
* Promote high standards of professional practice to meet the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of service users.
* Effective reporting and communication with service users, family members, PHNs, HSE, other agencies, company directors, and shareholders.
* Manage staff relations and service co-ordination in partnership with the operations department/operations manager/operations director/HR.
* Coordinate assessments of service users' needs and decide whether Contact Care can meet their personal care needs.
Requirements
* Social Care Degree or Nursing Degree (or similar).
* A minimum of 3 years' management/supervisory experience, including team leadership, business strategy with resource planning and allocation.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Good organizational and time management skills.
* Good Business insight.
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Fully qualified driver's license (Irish/EU).
