Aviation Client Manager
This is a unique opportunity to work in the only dedicated aviation insurance team in Ireland, with exposure to some of Ireland's largest aviation accounts.
The role is hybrid, offering flexibility to work from our Dublin office and virtually. As an Aviation Client Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in client relationships, retention, and growth of existing accounts.
Main responsibilities include:
* Handling and growing a portfolio of aviation client accounts within a broking environment
* Managing CRM growth systems within the team
* Providing technical advice and assistance as required to colleagues across a range of aviation insurance products
* Compliance with regulatory requirements and business procedures
* New business growth and development
The ideal candidate will have:
* A number of years of relevant Insurance broking experience, including an understanding of aviation risks
* Progress towards the Chartered Insurance Institute examinations (ACII), with a minimum achievement of CIP
* A proven record in delivering results, product innovation, negotiating renewal deals, securing new clients, and jeopardy account management
* An understanding of the aviation ecosystem in Ireland and risks facing the industry
* Strong organisational and administrative skills, with an ability to work on own initiative and prioritise deadlines and workloads
