Responsibilities Advising multinational corporations, financial institutions, and domestic companies on a wide range of corporate tax issues, including M&A, restructuring, and cross-border transactions.
Providing strategic tax planning advice to clients, focusing on compliance with Irish and international tax laws.
Representing clients in tax disputes and negotiations with the Revenue Commissioners.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored tax solutions in areas such as VAT, transfer pricing, and capital gains tax.

Requirements Qualified solicitor or tax accountant in Ireland with up to 3 years PQE.
