EA to CEO | Hybrid | Kildare
My client, a not-for-profit charity, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team to support the CEO. This role is a 2-year FTC with a view to permanency, on a hybrid basis in Kildare.

This is a 24-month contract with a view to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
* Act as a POC for internal and external communications, ensuring efficient time management.
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
* Ensure contact lists (mailing and phone) and databases and filing systems are kept up to date.
* Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
* Act as liaison and minute-taker for advisory forums.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Support event planning and coordination for executive engagements.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
* Diploma in Business/Administration or equivalent.
* Experience working in a similar role within the healthcare sector.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
* Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
